At Plastics for Industry we have decades of experience manufacturing Custom Profile Shapes and in particular, UHMWPE wear strips and Chain guides.

Our machine shop utilises a variety of machinery, including Spindle Moulders, Milling Machines and CNC technology for precision and repeatability.

Over the last 40 years we have accumulated a huge range of tooling and cutters that enables us to re-produce the most common UHMWPE Conveyor wear strips and Chain Guides quickly and at minimal cost.

Custom made profiles can be easily manufactured, even in small quantities from a variety of Plastics to suit your application.
